Essential oils have transformed the way my family support their bodies. Here are some more great choices my family made after the Premium Starter Kit. It’s amazing all the uses we have found for our oils. They are the first things we grab for when need arises.

Another spicier essential oil is Clove, and it’s also another ingredient in Thieves essential oil blend.
Clove is amazing as part of a post workout massage to help relieve the tension and ease the woes of those aching muscles. In the diffuser it pairs well with Orange essential oil. 5 drops of Orange and 3 drops of Clove will promote relaxation and fill the air with a spiced beverage like aroma that everyone in the family will likely enjoy.
You can also add a drop of Clove with 2-3 drops of PanAway to enhance PanAway’s effectiveness.
Sage Vitality is one of the newer oils in the Vitality line, and it has a bevy of benefits.
Add 2 drops of Sage Vitality with 2 drops of Lemon Vitality to a vegetable capsule and fill the rest with carrier oil to help support healthy liver function and stimulate healthy gallbladder function. That combination also helps combat mental fatigue and is very uplifting. Just one sniff of Sage Vitality and you’ll be reminded of why Sage is such a sought after herb.
Disclaimer: Sage Vitality is not to be used by people with epilepsy or who are prone to seizures.

We all know the refreshing, invigorating scent of Peppermint essential oil, but sometimes we all wish we could tone it down just a bit. In steps Spearmint to save the day. 😉
Spearmint essential oil is milder than Peppermint and slightly sweeter, but it has many of the same properties. A key ingredient in AromaEase and TummyGize, Spearmint can be applied over the abdomen to promote healthy digestion, or sniffed to ease feelings of nausea.
Add 3 drops of Spearmint with 3 drops of Lemon and 2 drops of Orange for a fresh, uplifting scent, or diffuse Spearmint by itself to enjoy its mild, minty aroma.
The name says it all. Gentle Baby, a blend of Coriander, Geranium, Palmarosa, Lavender, Ylang Ylang, Roman Chamomile, Bergamot, Lemon, Jasmine, and Rose, is comforting, soothing, and relaxing, and is helpful in calming both mothers and babies alike.
Diffuse 5 drops of Gentle Baby with 3 drops of Lavender for those extra hard days. It also great when applied topically to promote healthy looking skin.
When used with a carrier oil, Gentle Baby is gentle enough to apply to your baby’s skin to calm and help soothe chapped skin.
It doesn’t have to be December for you to enjoy the aroma of everyone’s favorite holiday. Christmas Spirit is a blend of Orange, Cinnamon Bark, and Black Spruce that has that perfect combination of spicy and inviting.
Along with its immune system supporting qualities, diffusing 5 drops of Christmas Spirit with 3 drops of Frankincense will promote relaxation and feelings of confidence.
Want a hint of Christmas candy to be in the air? Add a drop of Peppermint to that diffuser blend and you’ll be ready to wait up all night for Santa to work his way down the chimney.

Melrose combines two types of Tea Tree (Melaleuca Alternifolia and Melaleuca Quinquenervia) with Rosemary and Clove to create a blend that has cleansing qualities and helps support healthy looking skin.
Add a few drops to your moisturizer or apply it to scrapes, burns, and cuts to help support the body’s natural ability to heal.
If you’re needing a crisp, purifying scent to clear out the air, diffuse 4 drops of Melrose with 3 drops of Lemon and breathe in the fresh aroma.
Grounding is a blend that is all about balance. Combining White Fir, Black Spruce, Ylang Ylang, Pine, Cedarwood, Angelica, and Juniper, Grounding can turn those moments where confidence is lacking and instead help promote feelings of calmness, security, and confidence.
The balance of woodsy and floral tones works well when diffused by itself but also pairs nicely with any citrus oil or Lavender. Try diffusing 5 drops of Grounding with 3 drops of Lavender to fill the air with a relaxing scent.
Exodus II is a blend of Myrrh, Cassia, Cinnamon Bark, Calamus, Northern Lights Black Spruce, Hyssop, Vetiver, and Frankincense essential oils pre-diluted with olive oil that was designed to be cleansing and help support healthy immune function.
Similar to Thieves Vitality with its spicy aroma, Exodus II can be diffused with Lemon or Orange for an inviting aroma or applied to the bottom of your feet to provide a comforting, supportive scent.
I love this one rubbed on the bottom of my feet when the crud is going around.
Black Pepper has a very invigorating scent, and when used aromatically it can help energize and inspire you. Its spicy aroma pairs really well with other spicier oils like Clove or Nutmeg, or it can be used with certain diffuser blends that need just a hint of spice to even them out.
Need a post workout massage that will soothe yet not put you to sleep? Add a drop or two of Black Pepper and you’ll get that relief while maintaining a certain level of energy to help you get through the rest of your day.
The name says it all. En-R-Gee is a blend of essential oils that were combined to invigorate and help you get through those days that go on and on and on.
Diffuse it at your desk or in the mornings at home (it pairs well with Lemon and Peppermint), or apply it on your wrists and behind your ears.
Morning, midday, or for those late night shifts where your eyes want to close on you against your will, En-R-Gee will be there to help.
