Hey y’all! Weekly Wrap Up is a bleep where I give quick recap about my blog, reading adventures, and life in general of the past week. I also may include some rambling!
I don’t have a “mug shot” today because we were still camping. So I thought it would be cool to put a pic of an awesome mug I wouldn’t mind being gifted.
The mug-addict in me is always looking for my next one. LOL

- To Kill a Kingdom By Alexandra Christo
I am hooked and am only on page 50. That when you know its a good read. 🙂
Here’s all the posts from this past week, in case you missed it!
The Next Together by Lauren James
This story plot was intriguing to me. It was like a pendulum effect where you get a nugget of something only to feel farther from what you really thought was happening. Mystery was present but not horror which is so not me. I am actually still reading this. I only have a little bit left.
Here is the Goodreads synopsis:
How many times can you lose the person you love?
Katherine and Matthew are destined to be born again and again, century after century. Each time, their presence changes history for the better, and each time, they fall hopelessly in love, only to be tragically separated.
Spanning the Crimean War, the Siege of Carlisle and the near-future of 2019 and 2039 they find themselves sacrificing their lives to save the world. But why do they keep coming back? What else must they achieve before they can be left to live and love in peace?
Maybe the next together will be different…
My reads for next week are:
- Other People’s Houses by Abbi Waxman
- The Story of Our Lives By Helen Warner
- Call Me By Your Name by Andre Aciman
I was so busy this week not much reading happened. I had three meeting that lasted into late evening. Scouts is winding down.
I went to a fun Wine and Wellness gathering at a friends house. Someone shared her experiences with Juice Plus. I had never heard of it before. I will have to research some more.
We did take the boys camping. It was a much need relaxation going into our last two weeks of school. It was so nice just to chill poolside (like 5 hours Saturday) and catch some rays…you know?! Slow the pace down a bit.
Thank goodness, next week is relative slow as far as meetings so I hope to be able to read more.
